Social Entrepreneurship for Community Empowerment

What is it? Why is it useful?

A suite of learning materials and resources designed to provide Adult Educators with new approaches to the development of social entrepreneurship competences. The materials include:

• A comprehensive Training Manual (for use by educators),
• A MOOC on Social Enterprise for self-directed learning by aspiring social etrepreneurs, and for support of blended leaning programmes,
• SECONOMY an educational board game – knowledge and skill development through a fun, multiplayer game (can be downloaded and printed for use).

The focus of all these materials is the development of the soft skills essential for the formation of an entrepreneurial mindset.

Do’s/Don’ts and practical instructions

All the materials, documents and media are freely available in English, German, Greek, Lithuanian, Spanish and Turkish as Open Educational Resources (OER).
